Royle eventing and the supporting business was founded by Amanda in 2002. She continues to lead the team, coach and acts as surrogate mummy whenever needed

David supports the commercial side of the business, is one of the HGV drivers and is in charge of machinery
Beth McNamara
Yard manager
Beth joined the team in September 2024 after graduating Exeter University earlier that year. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous jobs with top event riders coupled with a strong background in eventing, she is personable and dedicated to ensuring that the horses have the best care possible.
Beth Edwards
Travelling groom
Beth began her journey with us as an apprentice in 2019. Since then, her knowledge and skills have grown exponentially, reflecting her dedication and hard work. This commitment has led her to progress to the role of traveling groom, where she continues to excel.
Anila Teague
Groom
Anila has been an integral part of our team since 2022 and is currently pursuing her Level 3 qualification. Her hard work and sense of humour have made her a valued member of the team.
Pandora Kidd
Groom
Pandora has been a valued member of the team since 2018. Currently, she balances her role with her studies as a full-time student at Bath Spa University, where she is pursuing a degree in music. With a deep passion for working with horses, she prioritizes their welfare above all else.
Sarah Talbot
Groom
Sarah has been a vital part of the team since 2022, she has an exceptional eye for detail which has landed her many tedious responsibilities such as the feed order! An enthusiastic mother of two, Sarah balances her work around her children’s school schedule, bringing her dedication and energy to everything she does.
